  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (may vary by location and product availability).

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on location, weight/volumetric weight, and order size.

  • Order Handling: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays; additional re-shipping charges may apply.


2. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via reliable global courier partners.

  • Delivery Time: 7–21 business days (may vary by destination country, customs, and local courier operations).

  • Duties & Taxes: Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Orders may be delayed due to customs clearance, local holidays, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping information to avoid delays or extra charges.


3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos/videos of the parcel, inner packaging, and product.

  • Domestic Orders: After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • International Orders: Replacement or refund is subject to courier investigation, customs regulations, and stock availability.

  • Limitation: Excotic Enterprises is not responsible for delays or losses caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete and correct delivery address and reachable contact number.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package or leave valid alternate delivery instructions where supported.

  • Inspect the package upon delivery and report any issues within the stated timelines.
