I Vishvakarma Kishan Bahoree At Excotic Enterprises, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent Refund & Return Policy for both domestic and international orders.


1. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, incorrect washing, or if the return period has expired.

  • Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, or customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges, handling fees, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or payment wallet.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after confirmation.


3. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please raise an exchange request within the return period.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


4. Domestic Orders (India)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the delivered item was defective or incorrect.

  • In cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or wrong, Excotic Enterprises will bear the return shipping charges.


5. International Orders

  • International customers may return products; however, shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping for international orders must be borne by the customer.


6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us within the return period and provide your order details. Our support team will guide you through the process.
